Our son, Oliver lacked oxygen at birth causing a series of delays in speech, motor planning and processing. At first, it was very difficult to have our pediatrician at the time, acknowledge that there was an issue.  This was probably the most difficult part of our Journey.  Knowing that there is something not quite right with our child but not knowing how to help him or where to get the help needed.  

With a lot of perseverance and luck we met some incredible education professionals who changed our lives.  With the help of these talented individuals Oliver is developing towards his full potential everyday!  

It has been quite an experience and we have learned a great deal.  In 2004 with the help and encouragement of our family and friends, we decided to start the foundation in order to pass our experience on to other families.  We have been blessed to meet the right people along the way that are helping us reach our objectives and and are looking forward to the future.  With so many families experiencing life with special needs and as a parent of a child with special needs, we have created this Foundation to help families through their journey.
